Once an order enters the production process or is shipped, we cannot issue refunds. However, if you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, we can cancel it and refund your payment!
2. Can I Return an Item for a Full Refund?
Unfortunately, no-reason returns are not accepted unless the product has defects. If you find a defect, please inform us within one week of receipt. We will happily help resolve the issue!
3. Can I Exchange an Item for a Larger or Smaller Size?
